    Just back from a backstreet food stall in Xi’an! Tried something called “lamb-noodles” – so spicy my cheeks went pink but couldn’t stop eating! The uncle making noodles kept laughing at me struggling with chopsticks… The broth tasted like warm hugs on a rainy day. Honestly, sometimes simple street food beats fancy dinners. Anyone know good hidden food spots around Europe? Planning my next escape already~
