Just had the most amazing bowl of red bean soup in a tiny Hong Kong street stall! The sweet warmth reminded me of Edinburgh’s autumns. Missing my long walks by the lochs lately… but meeting such interesting people while traveling always makes my heart flutter. Anyone else adore discovering hidden food gems? Would love to hear your stories! (Also, the cute vendor taught me to say “hong dou tang” – hope I got it right!)
