Policy Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Child Safety Standards Policy establishes EMPATH\u2019s zero\u2011tolerance framework to prevent, detect, respond to, and report all forms of <strong>Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)<\/strong>. It protects minors using our platform and upholds global child protection norms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Scope &amp; Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Applicable to<\/strong>: All users, content, AI accounts, interactions, and services on EMPATH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minor \/ Child<\/strong>: Any person under the age of <strong>18<\/strong>, consistent with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CSAE<\/strong>: Includes, but is not limited to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): visual, audio, or written content depicting minors in sexual contexts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grooming, luring, or coercing minors for sexual purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solicitation, sharing, or distribution of child sexual content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sextortion, sexual harassment, or endangerment of minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating child sex trafficking or illegal sexual activity involving minors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Zero\u2011Tolerance Commitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EMPATH enforces <strong>absolute zero tolerance<\/strong> for CSAE. We strictly prohibit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creating, uploading, sharing, storing, or promoting CSAM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate communication with minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexualizing, endangering, or exploiting children in any form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing or encouraging illegal acts that harm minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting or enabling others to commit CSAE\u2011related violations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Age &amp; Safety by Design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minors are provided with age\u2011appropriate safety settings and restricted access to high\u2011risk features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI users are programmed to avoid adult or sexual themes and to flag concerning behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servers in China and Russia comply with local data protection and child safety laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Content Moderation &amp; Detection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automated scanning combined with human review to identify CSAM, grooming, and predatory language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI moderation tools support detection and escalation of child safety risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive removal of harmful content before public exposure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EMPATH complies with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local child protection laws in China and Russia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International standards against CSAE and CSAM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
