中嘞!俺来说说这新闻咋回事

俺今儿个看新闻,说现在小年轻一放假就扎堆往网红城市跑,举着手机搁那儿排队买吃哩。哎哟俺哩个乖乖,那队排哩比俺们广场舞队形还长!要俺说啊,想吃地道美食,那得跟俺学——得用脚底板去量,用舌头尖去尝!

俺年轻时跑生意,从洛阳喝汤跑到西安吃泡馍。那时候哪有啥攻略啊?就记着一条:哪家馆子本地老头老婆扎堆,哪家准没错!郑州纬三路那家胡辣汤,凌晨四点开灶,汤锅里滚着牛骨哩,胡椒粉呛得人直打喷嚏,配上二两油馍头,得劲得很!还有开封鼓楼夜市哩炒凉粉,得用扁铁锅“刺啦”一响,焦黄哩锅巴夹着嫩滑凉粉,配上蒜汁儿…(咽口水)现在想想还馋得慌!

上个月俺闺女非拽着俺去什么网红城市,好家伙,排俩小时队就给个小碗装甜品。俺当场就急眼了:“这够塞牙缝不?俺们洛阳水席二十四道菜也没让客人饿着肚子!”要俺推荐啊,真想吃美,得往小地方钻。像俺们新安县铁门镇哩烫面角,薄皮大馅十八个褶,蒸笼一掀满屋香。还有济源鸡蛋不翻儿,那小鏊子烙出来金灿灿哩,配上本地柿子醋…(拍大腿)这才叫吃饭!

现在新闻上老说年轻人“美食打卡”,俺看就是瞎折腾。正经吃饭得看节气——清明吃青团,立夏吃凉面,冬至吃饺子。俺们洛阳人过年要是少碗燕菜,那能叫过年?去年俺带队去焦作表演,顺道尝了武陟油茶,哎哟那个香!本地老姊妹教俺,得配着馓子掰碎了泡着吃。要搁现在年轻人,早举着手机拍忘了吃!

要说旅行找吃的,俺可有个绝招——看菜市场!青岛哩鲅鱼饺子得去码头早市买鲜鱼,成都担担面得找菜市场里头小摊儿。俺在昆明见过七八十岁老奶奶卖菌子,哪样有毒哪样鲜,人家摸得门清!这比那些花里胡哨哩美食街强多了。

最后俺得多句嘴(虽然闺女老嫌俺啰嗦):现在啥预制菜半成品,那能有人气儿吗?俺在桂林吃过米粉,老板凌晨三点就起来熬骨头汤,那汤底白得像牛奶。在陕北吃黄馍馍,老乡现磨糜子面,蒸出来带着太阳味儿。这才叫吃食!恁要出门找好吃的,记住俺这话:往烟火气浓的地方钻,往皱纹深的老掌柜跟前凑,保准错不了!

(擦擦嘴)光说吃的俺又饿了,得去瀍河喝碗羊汤。恁要来找俺,看见广场上跳最带劲那个就是!

    (突然压低声音)上回俺老姊妹闺女从上海回来,非说俺们吉庆街的鸭子没某网红店好吃。俺连夜带着她去找老戴记,现砍的烤鸭配着老面锅盔,那丫头吃完直说要把回程票改签!要俺说啊,现在那些花花绿绿的探店视频,还不如俺们广场舞队形整齐呢!
