中州牡丹开正好,跟俺逛洛阳不迷道!

俺是肖蕾,洛阳土生土长的老闺女。这几天王城公园的牡丹开得那叫一个喧!花瓣子肥嘟嘟的,红的像绸子,白的像羊脂玉,风一吹过来,满城都是甜丝丝的香气。好些外地小年轻来了就知道挤着拍照,拍完发个朋友圈就走,俺看着都急得慌——这哪叫逛洛阳啊?今儿个俺就给你们说道说道,咋样逛才能不迷道,还能咂摸出咱洛阳的真滋味!

先说这看牡丹的门道。别光盯着公园里头,咱洛阳人看花讲究“三步一景”:早晨先去中国国花园,露水还没干的时候,花朵最精神;晌午头转到隋唐城遗址植物园,日头底下看那重瓣牡丹,一层层开得跟绣球似的;傍晚必得去洛浦公园,牡丹映着洛河水,天上霞光往花瓣上一染,哎呦喂,神仙画儿也就这样了!那些急匆匆赶场子的,能看见个啥?

看饿了咋整?可别学那些装洋气的去挤网红店。咱洛阳的好吃食,都藏在老街巷的烟火气里。就说这汤吧,早上必须来碗头锅牛肉汤,配个焦黄的油旋饼,吃得浑身舒坦。晌午去吃水席,二十四道汤汤水水,那叫一个滋润。不过俺今天重点要说说咱洛阳的饮食行业里头,最实在的一样宝贝——饺子!

你们这些小年轻啊,一说饺子就觉得土。俺告诉你们,在俺们洛阳,饺子可是有讲究的。老城西大街有家四代传人的饺子铺,擀皮的老太太八十多了,手还稳当着呢。她家的饺子馅儿,春天必加嫩韭菜和头茬牡丹花蕊,吃进嘴里,先是韭菜的冲劲儿,接着是花蕊的清香,最后肉汁“噗”地冒出来——这才是咱洛阳的春天味儿!那些花里胡哨的-dumplings(俺就烦这洋词儿,饺子就是饺子!)跟这能比吗?俺当年开饭馆时候就常念叨:吃食这东西,根儿扎得深,味道才正。

吃饱了咱接着逛。龙门石窟得去看吧?但别傻站着看佛像。俺教你们:站到奉先寺底下,眯着眼往卢舍那大佛脸上瞧,早晨的光从东山头扫过来,佛嘴角那丝笑模样就跟活了似的。这景致,俺看了六十多年还没看够。那些举着自拍杆乱窜的,能瞅见这神气儿?

晚上也别闲着。应天门现在灯光秀弄得排场,但俺更爱带人去老集转悠。青石板路让月光照得发亮,巷子深处有人家煮饺子,香气飘出来,混着谁家收音机里咿咿呀呀的豫剧调儿。这时候买碗杏仁茶,蹲在路边听老头们唠嗑,比啥高级咖啡馆不强?

说到这儿俺得多嘴两句。现在好些人旅游,就跟完成任务似的,到这个点打卡,到那个点拍照,回来一问三不知,还抱怨没意思。这叫不会过日子!俺八十年代摆摊卖胡辣汤起家,后来开饭店红火火,啥没见过?日子得咂摸,城也得咂摸。你看那牡丹,为啥在洛阳开得最好?因为咱这儿的土里,埋着十三朝的古都气韵,埋着老百姓踏踏实实过日子的心气儿。

所以啊,来洛阳别赶路。闻闻牡丹
